A mail recipient may have at one time asked a sender for bulk email, but then later asked that sender not to send any more email or otherwise not have indicated a desire for such additional mail; hence any bulk email sent after that request was received is also UBE.

Social Email Extractor is intended for database management and online marketers. Social Email Extractor has a strong anti-spam policy. This software cannot be used for spam. This software can only be used for database management purposes on legally owned email addresses. We cannot be held responsible for any misuse of this software for illegal activities. We do not support misuse of this tool and your account will be suspended immediately.

In many cases sending unsolicited email is in violation of the law, and you will be solely accountable and liable for damages and violations. Social Email Extractor will not be liable for any damages or violations that might occur as a result of your actions.

Social Email Extractor does not offer refunds to users. Once a user has paid for the software they have committed to a subscription for one month. Subscriptions to Social Email Extractor can be cancelled at any time.
