Email Extractor

Email Extractor Quick Start Guide

Starting A Session

After receiving your login details and setting-up Prism start Prism and log into the program. Read the news on the home page if you’re bored. Input the most powerful keyword associated with the niche in the box located in the Keywords tab. Select popular websites listed under the Websites tab. Go to the Advanced & Start! tab. Select Combine All under the Search Criteria Lists option. Choose a filename in the box provided beside the Create Custom Filename box. Click on the Start Extracting button. Go back to sleep. When you wake up you will have an email list.

There is no timer associated with an extraction session. You can, however, gauge how much time or how long it will take based on how many keywords, websites and search criteria are in the queue.

You can view your email list while an extraction is taking place by clicking on the very large link provided during the extraction process. You will be prompted for a key. This will be the key that was originally forwarded in your login details.

Destroying a Session

In the bottom left of an extraction session there is a button which will allow you to destroy the current session. The same function can be found in a button located at the top-right – it’s referred to as the Kill button. The word Kill is a metaphorical in this context only and simply means to end your extraction session.

Email List Options

As I previously noted, you can easily see your email lists by clicking on the large link provided at the bottom of the page while an extraction is taking place. All your email lists can be viewed in the Lists tab. At anytime that you want to view your email list you will need to input your key provided from the original login details that were sent to you.

Note: Lists that are 30 days old will automatically be deleted from the server.

Here are some wonderful things you can do on the Lists page:

You can view a list be simply clicking on the list name.

You can delete a list by clicking the DEL button.

You can export a list be clicking the EXP button (Exported lists are provided in a .txt format)

And finally, you can delete all lists that you have on the server by clicking the Delete All Email Lists button which is located at the bottom.

Email list files will automatically appear in this section once you’ve started an extraction section. The file will grow in size as an extraction takes place. If you do not chose a file name for your email list then the date and time will be used instead. Also, the date and time of extraction and the file size of each email list is located at the right. This may evolve to an actual number of emails within the file someday, however, for now it gives users an idea of how big their lists are.
